In this exciting two-part informative session, you’ll learn just how our Heads of House leaders “Stop, Collaborate, & Lead,” and how our adult leaders bring this to life through intentional mentorship, encouragement, and meaningful opportunities that help students grow into confident, capable leaders. Next, it “Smells Like Team Spirit”, with our new student leadership role—Spirit Captains—in the building this year! We’ll share the inspiration behind this role, what it looks like in action, and how our adult leaders support and empower these gators as they build school pride, strengthen community, and bring the energy that makes every event unforgettable.
